Class Visit: NBAY 5695 Strategic Communications is a class visit session at Cornell Tech. It is led by Barbara Mink and develops the communication skills needed to succeed in business settings, including pitching to investors, negotiating deals, and leading cross-functional teams. Students learn to tailor communication to different stakeholders, navigate cultural and professional differences, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, develop executive presence, handle difficult conversations and crises, and influence others without formal authority.
