About
CQ – Monday – Level 1 – (4 – 8 years) – 3:30PM-4:15PM is a beginner swim class for children ages 4 to 8, part of Commonpoint's Aquatics 2026-2027 program. Commonpoint, which runs programs for all ages, teaches acclimation and water safety skills. Swimmers learn basic aquatics skills such as blowing bubbles, kicking, and putting their faces in the water. Concepts are introduced through fun games and activities, and the class meets every Monday from September 14 to December 14.
