About

A Level 3 swimming class for children aged 7 to 11, part of Commonpoint's aquatics program at Central Queens (Forest Hills). Children learn rotary breathing, backstroke, and water safety, and build on the skills they learned in Level 2 with more technical training. The class is taught by Commonpoint, whose aquatics program runs swim lessons for children, teens, and adults. Sessions are held weekly in the fall.
