Extensions: “Logic” minicourse, featuring Chaim Goodman-Strauss (grades 6–12)
National Museum of Mathematics, 5th Avenue 225, 10010 New York, Manhattan
About
Extensions is MoMath's online math program for students in grades six through twelve, offered as a series of sessions in small groups of talented young scholars. The Fall 2026 "Logic" minicourse is led by Chaim Goodman-Strauss, MoMath's Outreach Mathematician and one of four researchers who discovered the Hat and the Spectre. Logic is fascinating and fundamental, basic to our thinking yet full of puzzles and paradoxes, such as puzzles set on the Isle of Knights, who always tell the truth, and Knaves, who always lie.
