Eyes on NYC is a collaboration between the fragrance brand L'époque Parfums and the café THE ELK on Mott in Nolita. Visitors can order an EYES ON ME Matcha Latte, with the first 25 drinks each day complimentary and every purchase including a sample of the brand's newest scent while supplies last. The full L'époque range, including EYES ON ME, can be shopped at both Scent Bar locations in Nolita and Williamsburg all weekend long.
