Free Mobility Equipment Distribution and Home Safety Clinic with Afya

A free distribution of mobility devices and other accessibility items, paired with a home safety clinic, held at Central Queens. Commonpoint is partnering with Afya to host the event for community members who need such equipment. Attendees can meet with an Occupational Therapist for a personalized assessment and take home items like walkers, canes, transport chairs, shower benches, toilet seat risers, and diapers at no cost. Pre-registration is required.
