Here In The Floating World: Qigong And Lojong is a Sunday practice session held in person and online at Tibet House US. Led by Annie Bien, a poet, translator, and certified Qigong instructor who teaches meditation and Qigong there, it combines movement with mind training. The Qigong part works on breath integration and muscle memory through the Five Stances and the Baduanjin (Eight Brocades), a sequence that can become a daily routine for improved health. The second part focuses on Lojong mind training in sitting meditation, using analytical meditation to transform overwhelming difficulties and challenges into a deeper realization of why our lives are meaningful and worthwhile.
