Jake Velazquez Special Taping Presented by the New York Comedy Festival is a stand-up comedy show at New York Comedy Club, where the comedian tapes a special. Jake Velazquez is an NYC native, born and raised in Riverdale and raised by an East Village artist and renowned musician; his comedy draws on his unconventional upbringing, his divergent ethnicities and edgy observations of a seasoned New Yorker. He has been featured on the New York Comedy Festival's New York's Funniest 2023 and NY Comics to Watch 2022 and at Red Clay Comedy Festival, has opened for Jordan Jensen since 2022, and is a regular at New York Comedy Club. The show is presented by the New York Comedy Festival and is for ages 18 and up, or 16 and up with an adult at their discretion.
