LPR Presents: Diles que no me maten with support from Military Genius

A live concert at National Sawdust, standing room only and open to ages 18 and up, presented by LPR. The Mexico City five-piece Diles que no me maten, founded in 2017 by brothers Raúl and Gerardo Ponce with Andrés Lupone, Jerónimo Elizondo-García and Jonás Derbez, play jam-based art rock with bluesy balladry and poetic mysticism. They perform behind their fourth album Escrito en Agua, recorded in their Santa María La Ribera neighborhood with producer Sebastián Rojas. Support comes from Military Genius, a project active since 2012 that blends R&B, dub and jazz, whose second LP Scarred for Life appeared on the label Unheard of Hope.
