$oyboyz: Pre-Election Cucktacular, comedy by Jeff Maurer.
MONDAY NOVEMBER 2nd
About
Soyboyz: Pre-Election Cucktacular is a comedy show at The Village Underground, presented by the Comedy Cellar, where all events are 21 and over. Jeff Maurer, formerly of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver and a five-time Emmy winner, and Jesse Singal, cohost of Blocked and Reported, perform as $oyboyz, a minigroup embodying everything pathetic about American masculinity. Their set touches on hot-button political topics, from where their lives went wrong to whether the #RESISTANCE will be annoying enough to get Trump a third term. After the show, a gathering at a nearby bar joins the Central Air podcast cohosts Megan McArdle, Josh Barro, and Ben Dreyfuss with their listeners.
