Morley — Meditations on The Gift of Awe Record Premiere Celebration

Morley — Meditations on The Gift of Awe Record Premiere Celebration is a live music performance marking the premiere of Morley's record "Meditations on the Gift of Awe :: love songs for earth & survival". It centers on an immersive, prayerful and celebratory, genre-defying song cycle that uses vocal soundscapes, rhythm and improvisation to focus on healing and the cultivation of calm. Singer-composer and producer Morley leads a vocal trio and chamber ensemble, joined by Chris Bruce, Daniel Mintseris, Jack DeBoe, Chris St. Hilaire, Levon Henry, Arun Ramamurthy, Trina Basu, Kenita Miller and Justin Hicks, with songs from the album and others from her catalogue about individual journeys towards collective liberation and love.
