About
General admission to the Jacques Marchais Museum of Tibetan Art, which includes access to its galleries, terraced gardens, and collection. Set on a wooded hillside on Staten Island, the museum houses the first collection of Himalayan art in the country, gathered within the first example of Himalayan-style architecture in the Hemisphere. Visitors can take in sculpture, ritual objects, paintings, and textiles at their own pace, and sit a while in the gardens. Advance tickets are recommended; same-day admission is available at the door based on availability.
