About
Sin Fronteras is a monologue showcase presented over two nights at The Tank in New York City, with performances in English or Spanish and bilingual supertitles. It is behind LaPecosa Industry, bringing together nine artists from eight countries. The November 13 program, Part I, features solo pieces on themes including migrant children crossing the U.S. border alone, queer Afro-Nuyorican identity, migration for love, a Caracas street vendor, and an interpreter incorporating American Sign Language. Each piece is performed by its own artist, such as Sandra Gumuzzio, Nicco Diaz, Camila Barra, César Cova, and Mary Hould.
