SMART Recovery is an in-person LGBTQIA+ centered meeting for self-empowered addiction recovery. It is a SMART Recovery (Self-Management & Recovery Training) meeting that applies evidence-based methods, including REBT and CBT. Guided by the 4-Point Program, discussions cover building and maintaining motivation, coping with urges, managing thoughts and behaviors, and achieving a balanced life. It is open and free to anyone struggling with maladaptive substance use and/or other addictive behaviors, and no registration is required.
