Sound Meditation | with Franck Raharinosy, Mary Reilly Nichols, and Margot Langman | November

An in-person evening of sound meditation at Tibet House in Manhattan. Franck Raharinosy, an energy shifter and spiritual sound therapist, joins meditation teacher Mary Reilly Nichols and healer and artist Margot Langman to guide it. The session begins with light, gentle movements and a deep breathing exercise to relax body and mind, then offers a deep meditation through sound, with gong tones said to quiet the mind and unlock unique states of relaxation and mindfulness.
