About

A complimentary matcha pop-up called Sunday Sips with Plentea Matcha, held in the lobby where guests can enjoy a free cup of matcha. It features Plentea Matcha, founded by Jessica Cardenas, who drew on a decade with UNICEF and her Nutritional Sciences background at Cornell. The brand honors traditional Japanese practices of nourishment through matcha while supporting sustainable programs in underserved communities, including nourishment programs for the Lower Eastside Girls Club such as a rooftop garden for girls ages 8-18.
