Sunday Worship: The Divine Liturgy
Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Schermerhorn Street 64, 11201 Brooklyn, Brooklyn
About
Sunday Worship: The Divine Liturgy is a morning prayer service of Orthodox Christian worship. It is held by the Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Brooklyn, where the day begins with Orthros, a reverent morning prayer service, before the Divine Liturgy at 9:30 a.m. The service unfolds through hymns, prayers, and readings, and culminates in the Eucharist, the partaking in the body and blood of Christ, fostering spiritual nourishment and unity among the faithful. The cathedral serves as a spiritual haven where Orthodox Christians unite to celebrate their faith, connect with ancient traditions, and find solace in the timeless rituals of the Divine Liturgy.
