Stand-up lottery at the Bushwick Comedy Club.
About
The Comedy Lottery is a weekly stand-up comedy competition at Bushwick Comedy Club in Bushwick, Brooklyn. It is presented by the club, where a rotating panel of its regulars judges any comedian willing to put their name in and perform three minutes of stand-up. Ten names are drawn at random from those who enter, and the audience's favorite goes home with a cash prize consisting of all the sign-up money plus a weekend spot at the club. Audience tickets are just for watching, while comedians buy raffle entries to compete.
