Amos Gitai and Eyal Press: talk on Yitzhak Rabin's legacy.

A conversation marking the anniversary of the 1995 assassination of Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin. Filmmaker Amos Gitai and New Yorker contributing writer Eyal Press discuss Rabin's political legacy and what his assassination can teach us about the forces threatening democratic societies today. The evening opens with a short excerpt from Gitai's 2015 film Rabin, the Last Day, followed by the discussion and audience Q&A, with a book signing at Albertine Books afterwards. Admission is free on a first-come, first-served basis.
