A general social advice session in German, English and Turkish, where application forms are filled in together. The session is run by Kotti e.V. at the neighbourhood centre. Advice covers Jobcenter applications, child benefit and unemployment benefit, education and housing benefit, the TV licence fee (GEZ), writing objections and terminating contracts. If needed, the team helps you make first contact with further advice centres, and no appointment is necessary.
