About
Telefon-Beratung (telephone counselling) is a phone-based advice service for anyone facing challenges who wishes to receive support. It is run by the Familienzentrum Weißensee and led by Evelyn Hinze. It is aimed at people who cannot get ahead alone, feel overwhelmed or do not know whom to turn to. The call offers a safe and confidential space to find next steps and suitable forms of support together, with or without registration.
