Allgemeine Sozialberatung (DE/EN/TR) @ Familiengarten

Allgemeine Sozialberatung (DE/EN/TR) is an open advice session at the Familiengarten neighbourhood centre. It is run by Kotti e.V. Staff help with filling in application forms, such as Jobcenter applications, child benefit, unemployment benefit, housing benefit, TV licence fee (GEZ) questions, objections and terminating contracts; where needed, they help make first contact with further advice centres. No appointment is necessary, and the counselling is offered in German, English and Turkish.
