The “Stille Stunden” are a museum visit in a calm, low-stimulus atmosphere without guided tours or large groups. The offer is run by the Berlin Museum of Medical History at the Charité as part of the exhibition “Horizontal - Das Krankenbett und die Welt im Liegen”. It is aimed at people with chronic or neurological conditions, non-visible disabilities, and anyone who prefers a quieter museum visit. Lighting and noise sources are reduced, and sleep masks, ear protection and sensory objects can be borrowed at the till.
