Bauhaus-Werkstatt: Fakturen

'Bauhaus-Werkstatt: Fakturen' is a workshop for children aged 6 and up at the Temporary Bauhaus-Archiv. An exercise from Bauhaus teaching involved making so-called 'Fakturen', in which the surface of a material is manipulated without adding anything or taking anything away. In the workshop, conceived by Cornelia Durka, participants try out what can be coaxed out of the surfaces of paper and metal – without pens, without paint, without scissors. Participation is free, places are limited and registration is requested.
