Berlin Science Week turns the Haus der Kulturen der Welt into a festival centre filled with science and society on this day. The organisation Berlin Science Week is behind the festival; under this year's theme "In Touch", more than 100 events follow over three days the places where science has already touched, moved and shaped your personal understanding of the world. The third day brings live talks, workshops, exhibition stands, performances, films and family events such as the DLR space show or the Ig Nobel Prizes. Alongside the festival centre, the citywide programme continues with over 200 events at more than 120 locations across Berlin.
