About
The Between Worlds Kiki is a ballroom event where performers from all over Europe compete in various categories. It is presented by Mother Mandhla and Father Azad Laveaux and takes place in the context of the School of Self-Defense. On All Hallows Day, the kiki explores spheres between memory and imagination, myth and the present, inspired by folklore, fairy tales, legends and cultural traditions. Between fashion, performance and realness, cultural memories meet new narratives – ballroom becomes a living archive and a place of collective imagination.
