About
"Black Communion 4th Edition 2026 2nd Evening" is a music event at Morphine Raum in Berlin and forms the second evening of the fourth edition of the Black Communion series. It is organised by Mixtape Menage, a series that unapologetically promotes creative sonic practices within the Black diaspora. Each edition brings together three artists from the Americas, Europe and Africa; on the first evening each performs solo, while the second evening is devoted to open collaborations and improvisation among the three. The event is a sharing of transnational Afro-diasporic experiences that breaks down genre boundaries and spans composition, improvisation and sound art.
