Childbirth Preparation Class In English

A childbirth preparation course taught in English, meeting weekly on Mondays over several weeks. It is run by Charlin Simon, a midwife since 2023 who supports parents in the delivery room and offers these courses to prepare for birth and parenthood. Topics include German health insurance and birthplace options, basic anatomy, the stages of labor, coping with pain, birthing positions and partner support, medical options, the postpartum period, and breastfeeding basics. Course fees for expectant mothers are covered by German public health insurance, while the partner fee is paid privately.
