Gruppe Geburtstrauma is a group for women with traumatic birth experiences, offering a safe space to talk openly about what they went through. It is led by Nicole Lehnert and centres on exchange within the group, therapeutic exercises using body-oriented and trauma-therapy methods, and the mother-child bond. The group is open to mothers up to their youngest child's third year of life, and babies may be brought along. Registration is required.
