About
"Deep Democracy" is a two-day workshop on dealing constructively with conflicts in teams. The transformative method was originally developed in South Africa after apartheid and helps turn conflicts – whether open or hidden – into opportunities for growth and team development. The workshop is led by trainer Marcel Rasche and hosted by the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung as part of GreenCampus. Participants practise eight hands-on tools, such as unanimous decision-making in four steps, the conflict conversation, group dynamics and role theory.
