Praxisseminar: Konflikte in Haus und Nachbarschaft begleiten und deeskalieren

The practice seminar 'Konflikte in Haus und Nachbarschaft begleiten und deeskalieren' is a one-day continuing education course of seven teaching units on communication, de-escalation and acting with legal confidence. It is offered by BBA – Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft e. V. and taught by Dirk Lausch. Its topics include professional complaint management, the causes and dynamics of conflicts in housing and neighbourhoods, the pendulum conversation, the round table, and special situations such as noise, threats or querulous tenants. Participants learn how to handle complaints in a structured way, recognise tensions early and lead mediation talks with clear aims.
