"Die Maus im Porzellanladen" is a bizarre musical tale with mask play and dance on the theme of forgiveness, based on Wolfdietrich Schnurre's picture book. ATZE Musiktheater stages the story, directed by Matthias Schönfeldt, in which a mouse leaves a huge pile of shards in an elephant's porcelain shop. With music by Iljá Pletner and masks by Frida Grubba, a police intervention and an unexpected turn raise the question of forgiveness. The piece is recommended from age 5 and lasts 50 minutes without an intermission.
