Edge Play – Choking: workshop on holds and restriction.

A workshop on choking in a kinky context, an edge play practice that is far too often mistaken for breath play. Caritia, a kink coach and co-founder of Karada House, and Montserrat "La Cabra", an ex-professional MMA fighter from Mexico City, invite participants on a journey of self and other discovery. In this safe(r) container, participants set individual boundaries, talk about anatomy, and discuss the differences between breath play and choking. The workshop also demonstrates precise body-handling and movement, and covers health, safety and risk assessment; no previous knowledge is required.
