Eine große Liebe: Prokofjew's Romeo and Juliet in concert.

A concert featuring Sergej Prokofjew's music from the ballet „Romeo und Julia“, which tells of two feuding families in Verona and the forbidden love of their children Romeo and Julia. The Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin performs the most thrilling moments of the ballet music under the direction of Sora Elisabeth Lee. Line Hünken and Jannik Bursee, students of the Hochschule für Schauspielkunst „Ernst Busch“, appear on stage as Julia and Romeo with original Shakespeare text in the Großer Sendesaal, moderated by radio3 presenter Christian Schruff. Beforehand, children aged 6 and up can explore instruments, solve puzzles and have their faces painted at the „Open House“.
