Energy advice from the Verbraucherzentrale Berlin at the Ingeborg-Drewitz-Bibliothek. Tenants, private house and flat owners and builders can get independent advice on energy matters; the advisor responds to individual questions, analyses the situation and suggests measures. Please bring all written documents relating to your issue, such as recent energy bills, the chimney sweep's report, building plans or photos. An event by the Stadtbibliothek Steglitz-Zehlendorf in cooperation with the Verbraucherzentrale Berlin e.V.; advice is mainly by phone or digitally, with an in-person meeting possible by arrangement.
