About
"equalACT: The Lore, Vore and Core of AI-Imagery" is an artistic research session on AI systems, consisting of a film screening with an artist talk and a hands-on workshop. The artists behind it are Ava Leandra Kleber and Elisa Deutloff, whose joint short film MegatrashwannabebigstarXD premiered at the 2026 Berlinale. They show how the gaze of artificial intelligence is patriarchal, sexist and Western-distorted, and how they nevertheless work with AI in feminist and artistic ways. The session is part of equalACT, a joint project of HfS Ernst Busch and UdK Berlin, and registration is by email.
