Fachtag Beteiligung von Kindern: children's say in church.

A professional conference on the participation of children in the Protestant Church of Berlin-Brandenburg-upper Silesian Lusatia, following the Youth Synod's landmark resolution of November 2024. It is organised by the Amt für kirchliche Dienste (AKD) and aimed at people working professionally or voluntarily in the church, explicitly including those in leadership roles. The day combines theological orientation, practical workshops and exchange on how children can have their say and how their participation can be permanently embedded in church practice. It is led by Inge Böhm and Lena Müller, with speakers including representatives of the Bremische Evangelische Kirche, the ANOHA children's world of the Jewish Museum, and the Brandenburg competence centre for children and youth participation.
