About
„Fadenkunst – für Frauen“ is an open, creative handcrafts café at the Ingeborg-Drewitz-Bibliothek in Berlin-Steglitz. Under the motto „Kreativ. International. Verbindend.“ it centres on working with threads – knitting, crocheting, embroidery and other textile handcrafts. The series offers a safe space for meeting and exchange, where women of different cultural backgrounds learn from one another and make new contacts. It is held in cooperation with Benn, the Familienzentrum Lankwitz and the Mittelhof.
