About
»Galaktische Begegnungen« is a live-hosted show taking you on a journey through the Milky Way. It was developed by the American Museum of Natural History in cooperation with NASA. State-of-the-art visualizations based on the Gaia space observatory show wandering stars, comets, colorful gas and dust clouds and, for the first time, the dramatic merger of our galaxy with a smaller satellite galaxy. The show lasts 60 minutes and is recommended for ages 12 and up.
