About
»Mit Raketen zu Planeten« is a live-moderated, interactive adventure through our solar system, shown in the planetarium hall of the Archenhold-Sternwarte. The 60-minute show is presented by Stiftung Planetarium Berlin and is intended for children from about seven years of age (grade 2 onwards). The audience travels from tiny, swift Mercury and blazing Venus past the mysterious »red planet« Mars to giant Jupiter with its many moons and ringed Saturn, and on to the icy outer regions of the solar system where the Sun appears as just a small bright dot. Questions, everyday comparisons and many hands-on moments involve the children directly so that they learn through play, with entertainment and wonder.
