A public evening of talks and discussion titled „Gender Matters? Geschlecht als Faktor in Handel und Lieferketten“ (Gender Matters? Gender as a factor in trade and supply chains). It is a cooperation event organized by the BSP Business & Law School and the German Association of Women Jurists (Deutscher Juristinnenbund e.V.). The focus is on how women's disadvantage in trade and supply chains manifests in practice, what legal and political causes underlie it, and what gender-sensitive trade instruments and supply chain rules could look like. Experts from politics, academia, business and civil society will discuss these questions, including a welcome address by Prof. Dr. Susanne Baer.
