About
The Hartzer Roller is an open consultation hour, a mobile social counseling service on all questions around basic income support. The consultation takes place without appointments; eight waiting numbers are given out on site from 11am on the day of consultation, and the counseling itself begins at 1pm. Those who do not get a number can call (030) 422 53 49 to arrange an alternative, such as a different day, telephone counseling or Zoom. Before 5pm, Südblock is a neighborhood café run by volunteers.
