Instrumentenkarussell & Konzert | Konzerthausorchester nextdoor X Al-Farabi

A free afternoon for children and families at Zitadelle Spandau, combining an instrument carousel with a concert. The Konzerthausorchester Berlin and the Al-Farabi Musikakademie invite children of primary-school age and up to try out violin, cello, double bass, saz, oud, accordion, guitar, drums and many other instruments themselves, guided by musicians from both ensembles. Afterwards the Konzerthausorchester gives a concert of about 60 minutes under the direction of Friedrich Praetorius, moderated in a way suitable for children. Admission is free; registration is required for the instrument carousel, as places are limited.
