About
"Jour Fixe – Musik am Nachmittag" is a concert series in which young artists perform in the Curt-Sachs-Saal of the Musikinstrumenten-Museum. The series is run by the Staatliches Institut für Musikforschung. Every two weeks, always on Wednesdays, students from Berlin's universities introduce themselves to the audience. At this date violinist Maria-Estella Fischer, a scholarship holder of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, performs; admission is free, tickets are available at the museum box office, and the concert is suitable for children only from age six.
