About

"Introduction to Aerials" is a course teaching the basics of aerial acrobatics on both a vertical apparatus (silks) and a bar apparatus (trapeze). It is run by Sarah Goody / Seil ist Geil. Participants progressively build a foundation in hanging from their hands, inverting in space, and finding balance and stability in the air. The class is for adults only, aged 18 or older.
