Jodelreise 2.0

"Jodelreise 2.0" is a musical evening that takes the audience on a yodeling journey around the world, from Texas via Tehran to Tirol, with a special focus on Tirol. Behind the journey are Hattie Rössger and Alexandra Knecht of "The Yodeling Birds Berlin", who, as part of a cooperation with the Museum Europäischer Kulturen for the exhibition "Die Berge Tirols", present the diverse world of this singing technique. The two will offer numerous samples, showing how differently yodeling can sound in various regions, and the audience is warmly invited to join in themselves. Entry is free, and donations are welcomed.
