An exhibition of drawings and paintings under the title "Kathrin Eckhorn - Landschaften ohne Menschen - Zeichnungen + Malerei", opening with a vernissage and on view until late November. The artist behind it is Kathrin Eckhorn, who looks for places that have something delicate and quiet of their own, such as lean meadows or small pine woods in Brandenburg. Exposing herself to wind and sun means finally looking again, she says, and applying pastel chalk directly lets her capture a mood that in the studio is usually worked out in oil paint. The show takes place at the Kiezkunstwerkstatt "made in wedding" on Koloniestr. 120, and admission is free.
