About
An intimate and powerful concert night full of groove, emotion and, above all, Soul. Berlin-based singer and songwriter Frankie Balou performs unreleased originals and favorite covers rooted in Soul and deep Blues. She is joined by Berlin-based guitarist Yamirah Gercke, a Berklee College of Music graduate whose atmospheric playing blends Jazz, Soul and psychedelic sounds. The two first met by chance one summer day, when Yamirah was playing on the street below Frankie's window.
