Lamento for Latency: dance about hesitation and delay.

"Lamento for Latency" is a dance performance about the hesitation between impulse and movement. It was created by Lena Appel (concept, costume, text and dance) and Sophia Obermeyer (concept, choreography and dance) with sound accompaniment by Anton Gerzina. At its center is the body that is absent in the digital web: two dancers form a real-time network in which connection and delay, resonance and misunderstanding are inextricably interwoven. Performed as part of the festival nowHERE, it takes place as a "Relaxed Performance" welcoming different needs, ways of perceiving and forms of participation.
