A public reading by the poet, author and spoken-word artist Leah Weigand from her current book „Das Gold in den Fugen – Poesie zum Hoffen“. The evening is hosted by the Stiftung Unionhilfswerk Berlin, where Weigand has been active as a Wegbegleiterin (companion) since 2026. Her texts deal with the struggle for hope in a shaky world – small encounters, humanity and the "gold" that often only becomes visible in the cracks and joints of life. After the reading there will be a book table with signed copies and a get-together with the author and representatives of the foundation.
